I’m Diana, an experienced and compassionate Counsellor and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner based in Kent and online. My integrative approach blends talking therapy with body-focused techniques to support your emotional and physical well-being.

Somatic therapy focuses on the mind-body connection, helping you regulate your nervous system and heal from trauma stored in the body. When our nervous system is out of balance, it can lead to feelings of anxiety, stress, or even physical symptoms.
Based on Polyvagal Theory and using techniques from Somatic Experiencing®, I guide you in reconnecting with your body and understanding why you may feel the way you do. Together, we’ll build your ‘window of tolerance,’ helping you feel calmer, more in control, and ready to heal.
‘Somatic’ simply means focusing on the body – it’s a gentle, evidence-based approach that supports lasting transformation.
